The stings is still there.<br>Know yourself and push yourself to find something that help you get rid of those thoughts.<br>For me is working out, meeting and spend time with friends.<br><br>EVERYBODY is vulnerable.<br><br>I would like to share something my lovely son wrote some weeks ago. I admire his heart and light. The human being he is not only for our family but for others. He\u2019s that person you can always count on and who will welcome you to make you feel you belong. I can\u2019t be proudest of who he is. Here are his words:<br><br>\u201cWe all need it to hear it from time to time<br>Doesn\u2019t matter who you are or how worthy you feel of hearing it<br>But despite everything going on, whatever it is, you are loved. People notice you and care about you in ways you will never truly know.\u201d Arturo.<br><br>You are NOT alone. Let\u2019s hold hands.
